2026 Bylaw Proposal

In 2026, the PPGC Board conducted a comprehensive review of the organization’s bylaws and determined that they were greatly in need of updating, as they had last been amended and restated on January 1, 2010. An ad hoc committee of the Board worked to revise the bylaws to remove outdated provisions, clarify ambiguities, and add sections that better reflect the organization’s current structure, operations, and practices.
