    The University of Pittsburgh's Division of Philanthropic & Alumni Engagement (PAE) is seeking an Associate Director to join a progressive team within the Office of Planned Giving, Schools and Centers. Flexible hybrid and/or remote work opportunities may be available for this position.

    The Associate Director, Planned Giving will be expected to fundraise from current and prospective donors evaluated with the capacity to donate $100,000 or more in outright and/or planned gifts as well as build a diverse and sustainable portfolio.

    The Associate Director, Planned Giving is responsible for the planning and implementation of a wide range of major and planned gift fundraising activities in their assigned region(s) to generate support from donors through cash gifts, testamentary bequests, charitable trusts, life-income and other gifts of a complex nature such as gifts of real estate or closely-held securities.

    The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County (CFWC)

    Summary: The donor services officer is responsible for executing a donor services program to promote interaction with and recognition of fund holders (donors) at all levels and increase donors’ connection to The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County (CFWC) and their commitment to growing their funds. The officer will be responsible for enhancing relationships with donors by gaining in-depth knowledge of their values, interests and financial capabilities; matching their philanthropic efforts with CFWC’s programs; and increasing their gifts to new and existing funds. The officer will lead projects to form donor partnerships and create unique donor events and experiences. The officer will work with the Foundation’s donor services team to develop a donor strategy specific to Westmoreland County to increase giving and planned gifts.

    Grove City College

    Description: This position will be responsible for raising philanthropic support by building and fostering relationships between foundations, corporations, and Grove City College.  This includes managing deadlines that include a schedule for identifying new potential supporters, writing and submitting proposals, and preparing impact reports.  This position will collaborate with faculty, the President, the Vice President for Advancement and other members of the administrative to develop proposals related to strategic initiatives and priorities.  Additionally, this position will analyze changes in funding support over time and track funding trends.

    Requirements:  This position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five (5) years of related fundraising experience . In addition, the successful candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be a team player and possess strong organizational and computer skills. Must be willing to travel on occasion. A strong, demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the mission and vision of Grove City College is essential
